Baking Bread Like a Homesteader

In the spirit of learning to make things that I usually buy, like homesteaders do, I tried my hand at baking bread.  No shortcuts or “quick and easy” recipes, but the long way, with plenty of kneading and rising using active dry yeast.  And, actually, it wasn’t so hard; in fact, it was fun!
